I recently went for a tarot reading with Natasha and was absolutely blown away. she was so kind and lovely and went above and beyond for me. The reading was mind blowing and extremely accurate in every detail. It was almost as if I was meant to meet her as she been through a similar situation herself and just understood.

I went on to have a chakra healing session a couple of days later with Natasha and once again blown away. What As someone who had never been to a tarot reading before I had the best reading with Natasha who was in no rush at all throughout the time to make sure I understood all that she was telling me, I was able to take a recording of my reading so I can listen back whenever I can listen back whenever I can which I thought was a nice touch. I was a bit hesitant about tarot but already know Natasha through crystal therapy and massage. I had no expectations about Crystal therapy and was amazed when Natasha detected my throat and heart chakras were blocked which precisely described my situation. After the treatment Natasha warned me the unblocking might mean I spoke more freely. I literally found it impossible not to start telling my partner how I had been feeling which started me on the pathway to resolve our conflict. The Tarot reading was so impressive. Natasha took her time interpreting the reading and I felt totally understood and reassured about the pathways ahead of me. I firmly believe Natasha has a powerful gift that many might not understand. I went to see Natasha because of a crooked and sometimes painful posture - mainly in the back and shoulders. Natasha was very friendly, welcoming and down to earth and her attention to detail is like no other. After a full and detailed examination, it was clear Natasha knew my problem areas and exactly what needed to be done. After my first session I ached for a few days (healing process) but by day three I felt loose, relaxed and my back was tense anymore. I decided to go see Natasha when I can feel the stress coming back into my body (I have 3 young children and tend to hip carry a lot) to maintain my posture and relaxed state and am planning my third appointment after Christmas. Natasha really is a miracle worker and has magic, healing hands. She's great to chat to as well. If you feel tense, stressed, hunched or achy, definitely go and see Natasha. She's excellent value too!

Hot Bamboo Massage
Reason I came?" I had back pain in my lumbar area & upper back pain, due to lifting heavy stock. Natasha offered me warm bamboo massage with trigger point therapy. The whole experience was really enjoyable even though she was getting into my painful trigger points, which surprisingly didn't hurt & just felt totally 'freed' afterwards. My back pain upper and lower were feeling fantastic! Can't recommend Natasha high enough. I've decided to have regular therapy sessions with Natasha to keep any aches & pains at bay. I have been a regular client of Natasha's for a few years now. Since she was recommended to me I have been treated approximately every 8 weeks for regular maintenance on a recurring back injury.

Miracle Worker!
I first saw Natasha last month on the recommendation of a friend. She did a thorough consultation and discussed my issues with neck, shoulder and back in detail. After the first session of Deep Tissue Massage, Acupressure and Myofascial Release I could immediately turn my head again and the pain I had been experiencing eased substantially over the following few weeks. Natasha also provided useful after treatment care guidance. I've been back to continue treatment on some troublesome spots, this time adding in some stretching and mobility techniques. Natasha really works in partnership with you, giving constant feedback and explaining what she is doing and why. Highly recommended!

Upper Body Pain-Pregnancy
I had very bad neck, shoulder, back and lower back pain during pregnancy and after labour. I subsequently tried a few physios and massage therapists but had no significant improvement. I was so glad that i found Natasha, because after only two sessions of deep tissue massage targeting trigger points and one session of glass cupping therapy, my pain was significantly reduced. I particularly enjoyed glass cupping therapy because I hardly felt any pain in my neck after just one treatment, and I slept so well the night after the session.

Whiplash
I had a car accident about 3 years ago, my injuries were whiplash & a collapsed foot arch. I have had lots of treatment on my foot via hospital but my neck pain was never addressed & hadn't improved. Lower Back Pain
I was suffering with a very tight and aching back due to a physical job and competing in body building so did a lot of heavy lifting. I used several different physio's and neither of them could get my back any better for more than a day or 2. I booked Natasha for a full body treatment and I couldn't been happier with the results, she did a consultation with me then applied Sacral/iliac Release with Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue work. The relief was instant and felt the best i've felt for months, so I booked up again for the following week and will continue to do so. Natasha is very helpful and goes that extra bit and can see she gets satisfaction out of her job which she is very good at. I would recommend her to anyone.

Fibromyalgia
Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy & Cupping Therapy
I started seeing Natasha about 9 months ago, I have a medical condition called fibromyalgia which causes widespread body & Muscle pain. I have had this illness for 14 years and seen many different therapists along the way but they have never really helped me.. Not until I met Natasha anyway. Since seeing Natasha my condition has improved and I'm in a lot less pain. Natasha makes you feel very welcome and I feel comfortable around her. I have a Deep Tissue Massage for up to 90 minutes - I highly recommend this as Natasha is great at getting stuck and breaking down knotted tissue whilst you feel relaxed, Natasha also helps with my Trigger Point pains by manipulating them and applying pressure to release them. I have also had Glass Cupping Therapy with Natasha and found this really helped me relax me and I always sleep better at night after having this done. I would always go to Natasha now, she is very professional and takes your full history and asks about your lifestyle.

Deep Tissue Massage & Trigger Point Therapy
I first started Natasha after seeing her advertisement in my local village news magazine. I run an extremely busy recruitment company in the city as a Sales Director and I am always on the go. As well as doing a lot of exercise including running, cycling, regular gym work and skiing - I manage my stress by regular exercise and monthly deep tissue and sports massage at my gym in the city but wanted a more cost effective and flexible solution. I needed some general maintenance on my problematic areas, such as my shoulders, neck, hamstrings and calves. As soon as I spoke to Natasha on the phone, I felt comfortable, at ease and knew that she had a great understanding of what she does as well as my expectations. When I met her I knew that my initial feeling was right and we clicked immediately, which I feel is so important with any relationship. She creates a lovely calm, warm and inviting space to carry out her treatments.
My first session with Natasha was for 2 hours and was absolutely fantastic - she really got to the root of my specific issues and completely reduced them. She is so strong for such a small person and she has got healing hands! I felt fantastic after each treatment and she really does cure my issues both physically and holistically too. Natasha also gives some fantastic advice on muscle maintenance and aftercare/stretches, which I usually endeavour to carry out! She is also there if you want to talk and gives some great advice too. I would have no hesitation in recommending Natasha to anybody who needs any kind of deep tissue work or sports massage and I regularly do.

Migraines
I have been seeing Natasha since December 2012 and have been extremely happy with the service I receive. I had been seeing my Doctor for over a year as I was suffering from severe headaches and had been treated for migraines and stress but with no relief at all. My headaches just seemed to be getting worse until I was at my wits end. Thankfully I contacted Natasha and made an appointment where we discussed my problem and causes and she showed a very professional approach. After a full consultation, she then proceeded with Myofascial Release then massage which included Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Pint Therapy (Acupressure). What also impressed me was that the massage made me feel an awful lot better, she also talked about diet and the possible effects that food and drink that could have also assisted in causing my headaches which made me more aware that I needed to monitor things like caffeine level to see if my headaches improved. I can honestly say I am so grateful to Natasha for the service she provided, as thanks to her my headaches are practically non-existent, I am no longer taking tablets to prevent migraines, I feel great and she has become a good friend that I know I can turn to for advice.

Pamper Party
Needing to find something interesting for my daughter to do with her friends on her 13th birthday, and having just had a deep tissue massage session with Natasha and feeling fantastic afterwards, I asked Natasha if she could offer a gentle neck and , hand and foot massage to a group of 12-13 year old girls during the party at my home. Most of the girls had never had a massage before and were a little hesitant to begin with,. However, once they started to experience how relaxing and enjoyable a massage can be, they all loved it, even those with ticklish feet! It was a super massage pamper party - I can highly recommend her.
