JUNIOR BOOKINGS

For holistic appointments only.
Under 16's: appointments must be booked & paid for by a parent or legal guardian.

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 18+ and remain present throughout their consultation & treatment.

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

I have the right to refuse any client that I deem to be: a threat to my safety, aggressive, abusive, gives false information, inappropriate behaviour, under the influence of alcohol, controlled or recreational drugs.

PSYCHIC READINGS

LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT 18+ YEARS.

Strictly NO medical or fertility advice.

Online tarot readings must be booked & paid for in advance via the BOOK ONLINE service & an online legal disclaimer.

Parties & group bookings: Sorry, I do not read for parties

PAYMENTS

Full payment is usually made ONLINE

DEPOSITS: If you do not want to pay the full amount online, you can pay a deposit online to reserve a booking BUT please be mindful that deposits are non-refundable, however they can be used to pay for another service or another date.

T&C's apply to deposit payments e.g minimum 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule. Please take note of cancellation notice. Less than 24 hours notice/no notice, deposit is non-refundable.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of your appointment with Full Payment retained or required.
Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour, in-person, online, text, email, verbal, physical will not be tolerated. Zero Tolerance.
