• Do NOT send URGENT booking enquiries via email (Text or Telephone only).

• Confirmed bookings (including the duration of appointment booked) are payable in full, if you do not give a minimum of 24 hours notice for adjusting appointments.  Full Payment is required for what has been confirmed by you (the client).

RIGHT OF REFUSAL

I have the right to refuse any client that I deem to be: a threat to my safety, aggressive, abusive, gives false information & inappropriate behaviour.

PSYCHIC READINGS

LEGAL AGE REQUIREMENT 18+ YEARS.

Strictly NO medical or fertility advice.

Online psychic readings must be booked & paid for in advance via the BOOK ONLINE service.

To reserve a booking: This can be done via BOOK ONLINE, select DEPOSIT to access this service.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

​

Minimum 24 hours notice

If you do wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so via text, please ensure you have received acknowledgement from myself via text. 

Please allow 24 hours minimum notice​. See charges below.

LATE APPOINTMENTS

​

If you are  late for your appointment, resulting in a delayed start time (not delayed by myself): your appointment will still finish within the original booking time slot, therefore you will receive less time at your appointment. On rare occasions, I can extend your appointment time if there are no other bookings directly after yours.

 

BOOKING REMINDERS

​

To confirm a booking that has not been paid for in advance, an appointment reminder text will be sent 24 hours before, which you will need to reply by CONFIRMING or CANCELLING.

​

Less than 24 hours cancellation will incur a charge, failure to pay the late penalty charge will result in any future bookings to be made ONLINE ONLY WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT ONLY.

​

Readings that are not booked & paid via the online booking service, must pay a deposit online at least 24 hours before for their appointment time. Failure to pay within this time frame may result in cancellation.

​

All online bookings automatically send out booking reminders via email, automatic emails can be missed or not sent due to technical/internet faults. It is your responsibility to remember to attend your appointment.

*Please be mindful that it is your responsibility to remember & manage your own appointments.

Failure to attend will result is 100% penalty fee.

* If you are not at all satisfied with any of the services that you have received, this must be mentioned by the end of your appointment. Failure to mention unsatisfactory services by the end of your appointment, I will not be obliged to action a solution, refund, partial refund.

JUNIOR BOOKINGS

​

• Under 16's: appointments must be booked & paid for by a parent or legal guardian.

• Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult 18+ and remain present throughout their consultation & treatment.

​OFFERS

• To receive your offer, quote the appropriate offer code when you book your appointment over text, telephone, email.

• Online bookings: you will need to enter the code.

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• All gift certificates/vouchers are purchased & processed online.  

• Gift certificates are non-transferrable, non-refundable, for one person only.

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR 

​

• Abusive  or behaviour will result in immediate termination of your appointment with Full Payment retained or required.

• Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour, either via, text, email, verbal, physical will not be tolerated. Zero Tolerance.
